We are honoured to announce cook, TV chef and food presenter Zarqa Hamid as the host of this year’s cookery theatre at the British Halal Food Festival. Zarqa’s love for food comes from her extensive travels and an appreciation of the different flavours found around the world. Zarqa Hamid will be enticing us with her culinary skills and presenting other well-known celebrities and upcoming chefs.
